In his 15 year real estate career, (7 years with SC Properties), Dan has been involved with virtually every aspect of real estate from buying and selling commercial, residential and income property to managing rental properties on both the Peninsula and in San Francisco. He is responsible for the management of commercial investment and property management for SC Properties’ clients, representing more than $4.5 million in annual gross revenues. Dan also coordinates acquisition, disposition and leasing programs for clients.
Over the past years, Dan has helped cultivate the personal management style that SC Properties is known for. Not only is it important to Dan to have his client’s best interests in mind, but that he upholds the highest integrity. Joining SC Properties has provided him with an excellent opportunity to broaden his range of talents and skills, while enjoying the company’s family-like environment.
After living in San Francisco for 21 years, Dan now resides in Burlingame, where he was raised, with his wife and daughter. In his spare time Dan enjoys playing competitive tennis and golf at the Olympic Club in San Francisco.
