Kevin brings 19+ years of commercial real estate experience in his role as co-founding partner of SC Properties. Since the company's inception, Kevin’s guiding principle has been to put his clients’ needs first. It has been through this standard of service that he has built a client base primarily through referrals from current and past clientele.

Kevin’s primary background has been in the brokerage of the small to medium sized apartment buildings in the Bay Area. As his career evolved, his clients’ need for diversification led him into the brokerage and development of retail and mixed-use projects. This has enabled Kevin to expand his knowledge of the local and regional real estate market further enhancing the benefits to his clientele.

Kevin resides in San Mateo with his wife Lisa and three children.
