Michelle brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to SC Properties. Specializing in the sale of single family homes, condominiums and residential investment properties since 1998, Michelle has the depth and knowledge required to negotiate all types of transactions for her clients.
A native of Menlo Park and resident of San Francisco, Michelle’s knowledge of the local real estate market is unparalleled. Her primary goal is to exceed each client’s expectations by providing outstanding service from beginning to end in each transaction. She works to understand their needs and coaches them enthusiastically and thoughtfully from the first meeting through the close of escrow. Her ability to educate her clients on the buying and selling process facilitates a relationship that continues long after the transaction has closed.
Fluent in Spanish, with an international background, Michelle also enjoys working with Latin clients. She has excellent relationships with loan agents and title officers who are Spanish speaking so her Spanish speaking clients can feel at ease throughout the entire process.
