History
Established in 1996, SC Properties was founded by Mark Scafine and Kevin Cullinane to serve the small to medium sized investment property owner in the Bay Area. This privately owned investment brokerage company takes pride in the reputation it has built in providing services ranging from investment property sales to property management to development consulting for its clientele.
As the company grew, the needs of our clients facilitated our expansion into property management with the creation of our subsidiary company, SC Property Management Inc. This expansion benefited our clients by keeping our staff and agents in touch with current rental market rates and trends, the true indicator of what a property is worth.
Our client centric philosophy has allowed us to promote a brokerage environment where the needs of the client are served first. We accomplish this by structuring the transaction or management assignment to fit each client’s particular needs.
